Our Account Management Program has been developed to ensure each client is treated as though they are our only customer, receiving the fast responsive support that enables their business systems to perform at optimum levels.

A new client is assigned a Primary Engineer, whose first responsibility is to become familiar with the client’s site and identify any areas of concern with the current structure. This process involves identifying critical equipment and software installed at the site, understanding the configurations/settings for this equipment and documenting these records in our Service System. As your IT Support Company we need to understand the importance of your computer system to your business and be in a position to respond to your needs in the event of an emergency.

In support of the engineer, each client is also assigned an Account Manager (Sales) who will work closely with both the Client and the Primary Engineer. He/she will be responsible for product quotations, project proposals and informing the client about new products and services available through our company. The Account Manager will also maintain the Asset Register, which shows all products sold to the client and records warranties, license renewals, etc.

The Account Management team will design a Support Program specifically for your site, adopting a pro-active approach to your Information Technology Support needs. The program ensures minimal downtime for your network with both onsite and remote support available to protect your business against disasters – Disaster Recovery Planning.

Our VIP Program rewards clients for consistently achieving predetermined business levels and for their long term loyalty and ongoing business. Clients can achieve Gold, Silver or Bronze status entitling them to further benefits and rewards.
